List a New Meeting

To add a new meeting to our listing on edmontonaa.org/meetings, please submit an “Add New Meeting Request“. To do this, click on the “ADD NEW MEETING” button (at bottom of this page) and select any meeting from the meetings listing. Optionally you can choose to click on a specific meeting name of a group sponsoring the new meeting which will cause many fields to be pre-populated with the sponsoring meeting information.

Either way, you then scroll to the bottom of the left column, click the highlighted REQUEST A CHANGE TO THIS LISTING link, select the “New” radio button, and begin entering/editing the meeting detail information. 

You must enter your name and email address (at the bottom) before you can submit the request.

Our web administrators strive to respond to all new meeting requests within 24 hours. It may take up to 48 hours before you see your new meeting filter through to GSO’s Meeting Guide App.
