How to Get Involved
Most AA members participate by going to meetings at their local groups. But there are many opportunities for service in AA, and most of us have found that volunteering to do service improves the quality of our recovery. We freely share our time and talent in an effort to stay sober and carry the message of Alcoholics Anonymous to those who are suffering from alcoholism. In other words, you get what you give.

Intergroup
Step up to be an Intergroup Representative to help coordinate and participate in service work that unifies your group with the other groups in the Greater Edmonton Area while carrying AA’s message to the still suffering alcoholic.
Trusted Servant Registration
Register as a Trusted Servant. Make sure your meeting trusted servants are registered with us. It is only with your help that we can maintain current information about meeting locations, times and special events.
Service Opportunities
Much of the service work performed in the Edmonton Area is done through service committees. These currently include 12 Step Calls, Archives, Communication Services, Corrections, Grapevine, Group Services, Policies & Procedures, Public Information / Cooperation with the Professional Community, and Treatment & Accessibility.
